POWERING THE COMEBACK RESOURCE GUIDE
During the 2021 legislative session, House and Senate Democrats passed a historic stimulus package to boost Colorado’s economy, support Coloradans during these unprecedented times, and help the state recover faster from the COVID-19 pandemic.
These new programs are now offering services, funding, and other supports to businesses, individuals, local governments, and nonprofits across Colorado. This guide, which will be updated as new programs are implemented, is intended to serve as a resource to connect Coloradans with these newly-created resources.
The resources and programs in this guide are organized by who will benefit from them: individuals, businesses, nonprofits, agricultural producers, early childhood providers, school districts and higher education institutions, and local governments.
Below, you will find a list of audiences served by these new programs. Click on the audiences that apply to you or your organization to learn about the opportunities you may be eligible to apply for.
