Dylan Roberts


Representative Dylan Roberts represents House District 26 in the Colorado House, encompassing Eagle and Routt Counties. Serving since 2018, Representative Roberts has focused his legislative work on lowering health care costs including passing bills to cap the cost of insulin, creating a state health insurance option, and incentivizing health care co-ops.

He also has passed legislation to protect Colorado's clean water, increase state investment in affordable housing, and to spur rural economic development. Currently, Representative Roberts serves as the Chair of the Business Affairs & Labor Committee; as a member of the Agriculture, Livestock, & Water Committee; as a member of the Judiciary Committee; and as a member of the Legislative Audit Committee. When the legislature is not in session, Representative Roberts is a Deputy District Attorney for Eagle County. Dylan grew up in Routt County, received a bachelor's degree from Boston College and a law degree from the University of Colorado. He lives in Avon with his fiancé Sarah and their rescue dog Hattie.
