The House today passed two bills. SB26-002 would standardize and improve energy assistance programs to ensure Coloradans have access to affordable, reliable energy. SB26-003 would improve responsible electric vehicle battery recycling, disposal and storage.

Bill to Update the Front Range Passenger Rail District to Pave the Way for Future Service Passes House
The House today passed a bill to make narrowly targeted updates to advance the Front Range Passenger Rail project, a train line that would connect communities from Fort Collins to Pueblo. SB26-172 passed by a vote of 47-16.
